Read Small but Hauled Big!

I felt like it has been a week filled with crafting and hauling books.  I did end up reading one book this week and that was Body Positive Power by Megan Jayne Crabbe.  I did haul 12 books week but most of them were on gift cards so I don’t feel so bad.

Review of Body Positive Power by Megan Jayne Crabbe

I found this book to be quite good. It is about realizing that the weight loss industry has created a problem to create a solution so they become a multi-billion dollar industry. You don't need to diet, and dieting is a form of disordered eating. You need to become more positive and happy with who you are before you can become aware of what is good for your body as a whole. You have to do what is good for you and you are the only one who knows that, not a publication or an influence. Not all solutions are good for everyone essentially and don't be afraid to ask for help.Be comfortable with who you are and know that you are perfect.

This week I have hauled….

  1. The Turn of the Screw by Henry James

  2. The Woman in White by Wilkie Collins

  3. Swann's Way by Marcel Proust

  4. Madame Bovery by Gustave Flaubert

  5. Classic Tales of Horror by Edgar Allan Poe

  6. The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett

  7. Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn

  8. Enemy by Sarah Adams

  9. Match by Sara Adams

  10. Golden Son by Pierce Brown

  11. It Starts With Us by Colleen Hoover

  12. It Ends with Us by Colleen Hoover

I am happy that I got so many classics but I feel like I am getting carried away with all of them, what started off as a few has really turned into something more in which I didn’t think was going to bloom into this.  I am happy that I am getting so many different books but at the same time I do plan to read them all and if I don’t I know where I can donate them so someone else can have a good read of them as well! I just like the covers of them.  It does make it more interesting and I do like it.

I think I might need to stop buying books and start saving money so I can get new bookshelves to store all of my books. One Day, that will happen, and it should be sooner rather than later, but that is something that I should look more into.

At the end of the week, I might have read small but I did haul big which I think is fantastic and some are just like that I think.   I do plan to have some more movement when it comes to books but right now, I do like having a lot of choice when it comes to books and they do look better for the camera when I do have the physical copy.  I might not keep them all but I do have them for right now.

Happy Reading everyone!
